Binbōgami count as both goblins and fey for the purposes of any spells and effects.

Hateful Chanting (Su)

Once per day as a full-round action, a binbōgami can start hateful chanting. This causes any living creatures within 60 feet to be staggered for 1d4 rounds unless they succeed on a DC 12 Will save. This save DC is Charisma-based, and the DC increases by 1 for every Binbōgami that takes part in the chanting. This is a sonic and mind-affecting effect.

Binbōgami spend their lives making the lives of everyone around them miserable. They do not like anyone or anything, even each other. They especially do not like other fey or humans, and they seek out the wealth of both races, to steal. When they can, they will happily murder anyone in their way, relying on their abilities with sneak attacks to kill any foes they encounter, striking from the shadows whenever they can. In particular, they enjoy using fire to destroy their tracks, trusting their fire immunity to keep them safe.

In particular, they make the lives of the people living in or near the capital, where they steal cultural artifacts whenever they can. In recent months, they have become such a nuisance that the government is seriously considering putting out a ransom for anyone bringing proof of the kill of a Binbōgami. The binbōgami can be found anywhere that wealth is collected, though they prefer fey and humanoid targets.

Over the centuries the binbōgami have developed an affinity with the various goblinoid races, and have interbred with them on multiple occasions. Often binbōgami can be found in the same burrows as the goblinoids themselves, living together, and often, raiding together. The goblinoids themselves enjoy the company of the binbōgami as they know that arson and pillaging often come from living with the binbōgami.
